Analog Data Learn provides online educational content, courses, workshops, and resources focused on embedded systems, ESP32, STM32, FreeRTOS, and firmware development. Our services include:

  • Certificates of completion
  • Community access and support
  • Live workshops and bootcamps

3. User Accounts

To access our services, you must:

  • Be at least 16 years of age
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information

  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Subscription and Payments

Pricing: All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change with notice.

Billing: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees.

Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store your payment card details.

5. Intellectual Property Rights and Copyright

Copyright Notice

All content on Analog Data Learn is protected by copyright. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or distribution of our content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

All content on Analog Data Learn, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, videos, code samples, course materials, project files, and documentation, is the exclusive property of Analog Data and is protected by Indian and international copyright laws.

5.1 Content Origin

Our educational content is created based on publicly available information, official documentation, and industry best practices. While the underlying concepts may be available in the public domain, our specific presentation, organization, explanations, code implementations, and teaching methodology are original works protected by copyright.

5.2 Permitted Use

You may:

  • Access and view content for personal, non-commercial learning purposes
  • Use code samples in your own personal or commercial projects (with attribution where required)
  • Share your certificates on professional networks
  • Take personal notes for your own reference

5.3 Prohibited Use

8. Certificates

Certificates are issued upon successful completion of courses as determined by our assessment criteria. Certificates are for personal use and professional networking. We reserve the right to revoke certificates obtained through fraudulent means.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

  • Services will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • Content will be accurate or complete
  • Results from using our services will meet your expectations
  • Completion of courses will result in employment or specific outcomes

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Analog Data shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Legal Jurisdiction

All disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

You agree that:

  • Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be instituted exclusively in the courts located in Bangalore, Karnataka, India
  • You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts
  • You waive any objection to venue in such courts
  • You waive any claim that such courts are an inconvenient forum

This choice of jurisdiction applies regardless of your location or where you accessed our services from.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Analog Data, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with:

14. Severability
