This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds on our subscription plans and services. By purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge and agree to the terms stated in this policy.

2. Subscription Model

Analog Data Learn operates exclusively on a subscription basis:

• We offer Monthly and Annual subscription plans
• All courses, projects, and learning content are included in the subscription
• Individual courses are not sold separately
• Your subscription grants access to the entire platform

3. Refund Policy for Subscriptions

3.1 Within 7 Days of Purchase

If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase date. This applies to both monthly and annual subscriptions.

To be eligible for a refund within this period:

• The refund request must be made within 7 calendar days of the purchase date
• You must contact our support team with your request

3.2 After 7 Days

No refunds will be provided after 7 days from the date of purchase.

This policy applies to:

• Monthly subscriptions
• Annual subscriptions
• Subscription renewals (automatic or manual)
• Any promotional or discounted subscriptions

4. Workshop Refund Policy

Workshops are non-refundable.

Once you have registered and paid for a workshop:

• No refunds will be provided under any circumstances
• Workshop fees cannot be transferred to subscription plans
• Workshop registrations cannot be exchanged for other workshops
• In case of workshop cancellation by Analog Data, a full refund or credit will be provided

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following are strictly non-refundable:

• Subscriptions after 7 days from purchase date
• Subscription renewals (cancel before renewal to avoid charges)
• All workshop registrations
• Development kits and hardware products (see Shipping Policy)
• Certificates that have been issued
• Any purchases made during promotional periods after the 7-day window

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund (within the 7-day window):

1. Email us at support@analogdata.io within 7 days of purchase
2. Include your registered email address
3. Provide the order/transaction ID
4. State the reason for your refund request

Refund requests made after 7 days will be automatically declined.

7. Refund Processing

Once your refund request is approved:

• Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
• The refund will be credited to the original payment method
• Bank processing times may vary (additional 5-10 business days)
• You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed
• Your platform access will be revoked upon refund processing

8. Cancellation of Subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation:

• You will retain access until the end of your current billing period
• No further charges will be made
• No partial refunds will be provided for unused time
• Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund

Important: To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancel your subscription before the renewal date.

9. Exceptions

We may consider exceptions to this policy only in the following cases:

• Duplicate charges or billing errors caused by our system
• Technical issues on our end preventing access to content for extended periods

All exception requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are at the sole discretion of Analog Data.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Refund Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
